Welcome back to the quote of the day show I'm your host Sean Crox and

a Sean Crox and calm we've got Reverend Ike back on the show and today the

Reverend is talking about attitude and this goes back to what we discussed in

Tuesday's episode when we talked about deciding choosing how you are going to

show up because every single day in every single moment you have that choice

as to what your attitude is going to be and that choice can make all the

difference in the world here's Reverend Ike

I like the man who has such a beautiful attitude that he says when life gives me

a lemon I make lemonade let me hear you say that together when life gives me a

lemon I make lemonade isn't it good you saw you got a lot of lemons what are

you gonna do with him you're gonna sit there just sucking them crime no she's

oh such a sour lemon make lemonade

and if you have a right spirit a right attitude you'll be able to take negative

situations and bring good out of it now back up to the top of the lesson notes

your attitude will make you I'll break you and I want you to tell yourself this

in the first person my attitude will make me I break me say it and I'll tell you

this you're not broken till your attitude is broken you're not done for

until your attitude gets wrong remember that in any situation that you've got

to face as long as you can keep a right attitude you have got the upper hand
