You know, it was unbelievable. I talked to Bart.

I was in a situation where I had to place my mother into assisted living.

And so all of a sudden, I got thrown into what to do with the real estate,

what to do with other things that was foreign to me.

Yeah, yeah, it's a lot.

Yeah, it's a heavy task.

And so, you know, my mother had a beautiful condo downtown Orlando on a lake, but it was

heavily, heavily restricted with deeds.

I mean, who could go in there?
