So if I was just looking at the Instagram version of my life right now,

I might think that I have been spending the last week on a fun coronavirus lockdown cooking binge.

Spanish tortilla one night, creamy pork and chickpea tacos another.

But what I wouldn't see is me holding my breath when I walk into the grocery store, carefully staying two steps away from anyone else

and stressing out over whether I should be rubbing every bag of beans down with the sanitizing wipe when I get home. You know, I've never felt more grateful for the food I have than right now.

And still, I'm honestly a little nervous around it.

This is a hard, uncertain time for everyone, and so many things are fraught.
