0:45.3 | you've certainly heard that there are staffing issues, not just with Carnival, it's with all of the cruise lines. |

0:56.5 | various staff members has slowed down to a trickle, but it's starting to open up again. The whole |
1:01.7 | situation is starting to ease. And John Heald, the ambassador for Carnival Cruise Line, took to his |

1:17.3 | Basically, because the visa issues are lessening, they're starting to be able to get things up and running. |
