and I would be happy to introduce myself and very excited to dig into a lot of different topics

with you today. So I am a psychiatrist on the clinical faculty at Yale Medical School. I also have

a private practice in both psychiatry and executive coaching that's

based in fourth states, New York, Connecticut, Florida, and California. The emphasis of my work is

bridging mental health and spirituality. In 2017, I wrote the book fulfilled, which I know that you've read,

and it was really about the science of spirituality,

which is a very interesting paradox because these two worlds are strange bedfellows.
