Hello, everyone, and welcome back to the podcast. Today we're going to do a 2025 energy forecast video. I'm super excited about this. I was meditating this morning on some 2025 energies and I feel really good about this upcoming year. It's going to be a lot of fun. I have some cards.

I've got the guides all around and we're going to drop in and just see what messages we need to

hear heading into 2025, some big themes that are going to pop up, and we'll

just kind of go from there. I just want to remind you of a couple of things. Actually, first thing,

I am really excited about 2025 and a big theme that is coming up is really just hitting the

ground running. There is a really distinct energy running

through 2025 through 2027. I think a lot of us have been in a big type of energetic sludge

from 2020 through 24. And so that's going to change a lot this next year. And so it's really

important that we are resourced in hitting the ground running,

in expansion, and bringing our goals to fruition and getting really clear on our vision.

And so everything that I am planning for 2025 is really calibrated to that.

So I have a couple of things coming up. First of all, in the membership,
