Hey guys, welcome back to Skin Anarchy. This is a very special episode for us because it's our 700th episode.

And that is really special to me because when I started this podcast, I was just, you know, a consumer looking for really, really great products that resonated with me that made me feel like I fit into this industry.

I know a lot of you can relate growing up.

There were hurdles along the way of finding products that were great for you or just being

able to trust recommendations.

And for me, that was definitely a journey.

And so when I started the show, it was with that enthusiasm, and I got to meet such phenomenal

people along the way so far.

I mean, we started off with a huge focus on beauty editorial and understanding how editors

think, how some of the greatest minds and beauty from a journalistic perspective, how they're thinking,

how they approach beauty because they were, you know, growing up for me, they were the experts.

You know, I was a total magazine girl through and through. And I think, you know, that's what,

what our beginnings really were, this understanding of like, what is beauty, you know, who makes

the beauty? Who makes these products?

Who's behind them?

And, you know, that evolved with us featuring the most phenomenal brands, I think, that

exists in the beauty industry, the wellness industry, the hair care fragrance, all of the

beautiful areas that we've touched upon so far with the show.

These are the brands that we all grew up and looking at and, you know, kind of grew up with.

And so it's been really an honor to be able to host the guests that we've had on, to learn from them.

More importantly, I can't even express to you guys that, you know, I think my favorite part about being able to create this space with you has been this idea that we're learning together. I learn every time I interview a guest and I hope

that you guys are, you know, kind of on my side of this chair and the mic and really learning
