You know, you see a lot of supply chain issues.

You see a lot of people being much more open-minded to homesteading and kind of growing their

own food and whatnot.

So we're going to get into some of those topics and anything else kind of connected to it.

Monica, because you were a huge help, not to put you on the spot, but is there any specific topic,

any direction you like to kind of start off with?

Yeah, I have a friend of guy who I've had on my show a couple of times, a lawyer who's hanging up his practice and just bought like dozens of acres of land in, I think, Oregon.

I was like, whoa, how do you do that? I mean, I feel like you're going to want to start a little slower, whatever.

But I had the idea of getting this group together and

talking about kind of how you get started. People here have started from nothing, have gotten
