Summary

Today on the show Jayson is talking with Elizabeth Frazier, an activist, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and survivor of sex trafficking. As early as 4 years old, she remembers being groomed by her parents. Her earliest memory is her mother pulling up to a motel and instructing her on which door to knock on and what acts she’d been engaged in.

She lived in a wealthy neighborhood, so being led into this lifestyle by her parents wasn’t one to make ends meet but to exploit their own children. At about 11 to 12 years old, she became aware of what she was being forced into and didn’t feel safe or content in her home.

She has forgiven her family for how she was treated but has not forgotten. She’s persistent in sharing her story in the hopes to shed light on trafficking and provide a voice to those who may still be in that situation.

Founder of Hero Bands, an online shop that sells metal bands and bracelets to strengthen survivors of abuse
