A bit of a sad start to our show this week.

We were recording the podcast last week and we heard some sad news.

news broke to us that Vinny Mitchell, younger brother of Kevin Mitchell,

had been involved in a motorbike accident and actually had lost his life.

Tragic news for the Mitchell family, spoke to Kevin, obviously he feels like his world's been ripped apart and

yeah it's just so sad Jake, you know, this is a young man with his whole life in front of him and

it's been taken from him in a freak motorbike accident and yes just you know condolences go out to the Mitchell family and Kevin's a good friend of mine good friend of yours and a good

friend of the podcast has been here a few times as well. Great guy and yeah

I just ripped to pieces really for the Mitchell family.

Devastating, he was 31 years old.

He's got two young children.

Thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family and Kevin were thinking about you and obviously yeah all the Vinny's family and what an awful thing to happen.

I think it's a shock as well when some of that happens out of the blue like that to a young man has got his, as you said his whole life ahead of him.
