There's been some dark moments in those times professionally,

but I've always had that mindset, okay, what's next?

I can sit and dwell on that.

I can pull the covers back over my head and stay in bed,

or we can bounce out of bed and attack the next day. I think in any walk of life, that's a mindset

that can help you. It's not about being unrealistically positive, but I think to be an optimist

and to feel that there are going to be better times ahead and we've just got to

work our way through the difficult times is really key. It's not quite as complicated as it might
