To finish your week strong and maximize the weekend, I will also include an occasional

red zone rant, but not today.

In this episode, I want to talk about don't quit.

Don't quit.

Now, listen, I'm not talking about the quitting where you just realize

you're in a relationship, something is toxic, and you know, it's just time to end it. I will say

that knowing where to stop, knowing when to end something is just as valuable to trade as persistence.

I'm talking about the type of quitting because it just gets tough, because it takes too long, because it

hurts too much or costs too much.

Here's some thoughts on not quitting and continuing to move forward.

And maybe some of you are close to quitting right now or know someone who is.

Keep this in mind.

Hard journeys build character.

They build your mental toughness.

They build your confidence and they build your reputation.ness, they build your confidence, and they build

your reputation, so keep going. And listen, don't blame how long it's taking for why you're quitting.

Quitting says more about who you are than where you are, so keep going. I will also say this.

It is better to be a loser than a quitter. A loser falls short, gets up, brushes

themselves off, learns something, and tries again. Quitters just give up because it got hard.
