The Lord is my strength in my shield, my heart trust in him. The Lord is the strength of his people,

a fortress of salvation for his anointed.

The Lord is my strength and my song

and he has become my salvation.

Those are beautiful, aren't they?

And they're true.

But today, I want to make sure they are true for you.

Because sometimes we're worn out and we need God's strength, but those are just the times that is most obvious.

Actually, we need God's strength even on our best days.
