Okay, so we are continuing on our social media growth, social media following.

If you want to improve your Instagram

photos, if you want to grow your following, if you just want to have a better overall feed,

like if you want to be one of those people that when you land on your page, you feel good about it.

So just how to take better photos. We can also talk about how to take better videos in another

day. But what I wanted to talk to you guys about was

just things that I did over the past eight plus years were coming up on nine years of me

really being knee deep into Instagram, really understanding the ins and outs, having moments

where I'm completely flopping and completely failing to moments

of growth. So I want to share how I grew and what I did. And I've grown two pages on Instagram to

over 70,000 followers. The second one much faster than the first one, because I learned. I've grown

multiple pages to over 10,000 followers. Like I don't know if you know this. I own many Instagram pages. Like obviously I'm pointing down here if you're on the podcast. I'm sorry. But Carl is right next to me. He does not post for himself. I own that page. So Carl's page. Now his beauty helps. I know this. But I have my branding pages. I have other pages that I can't talk about yet

that you don't even know exist. And what I've done with all of these different Instagram pages

is I've been able to grow them way faster than I did eight years ago with that original first page

through the tips that I'm going to share with you. So when you're trying to figure out, and I know that this might sound ridiculous, but I did this so many times and it helped me with my own confidence with sharing myself. That's the first rule I will tell you. You've got to stop sharing Pinterest quotes and pictures that you've Googled and found that aren't of you or just things that you're like seeing in front of you. Sometimes I think that that's cool, but you've got to share more of you.
