Kroish, that's actually my mum's surname. My parents split up. My dad is British. Actually, my original surname was Johnston,

but my mum brought me up, so I took a surname. So you got a bit of British in you, so there's a bit of good in you.

So if I was to introduce you, I would think of you as a strength coach, but if you were to introduce yourself to people listening,

how would you introduce yourself? Keep in mind my listeners, probably majority of female,

and general pop, which a lot of people would think you haven't trained, but you have, but if you were to introduce yourself,

how would you introduce yourself? I think about this a lot because I have to tell people my occupation a lot,

and the description I always write down is personal trainer, because it's the easiest one to explain,

but I am an educator and I am a strength coach and I run an online business, and that's pretty much it.

So personal trainer is where I started, and that's pretty much what my specialty is.

We have a lot of parallels. I was thinking about this today, where very much the same,

but if you're wearing a nice watch and nice trainers and you're staying in a nice hotel and someone's making conversation,

they go, what do you do? And you go, I'm a personal trainer. They give you a weird look, a waisy line,

because the majority of, I suppose, personal training can seem like a very ordinary job.

You started off in fitness first.

I started in fitness first, and it was an interim job actually, because I was always told there was no money in the industry,

but I wasn't good at anything else. So I was making decent money as a personal trainer.

My first job was $70 an hour, and it took me about a month before I was earning, you know, in my early 20s.

I was earning a couple of grand a week for that age. It was good.

And I thought I wasn't in any rush to pursue my career in anywhere else, until I got an airplane going.
