And honestly, like I've always wanted to say say I have friends who are foodies who are

like I want to have nothing to do with working out I just want to live my best life I want to go on

vacation when I have my drinks my fries you know they like a salad here there they're not just

like eating unhealthy all the time but you know that type of nutrition that I love or other fitness enthusiasts love, it's just not them. And when I go out and I hang out with them, it's going to be a time where I'm going to have fun. They can eat what they eat. I'm going to eat what I eat. I might taste what they have. I might not. But the nutrition subject does not come into play. The fitness subject does not come into play unless they ask me something about it.
