Summary

Today, we’re going to talk about parasites in the body. Here are some of the common symptoms of parasites:

1. Fatigue

2. Rash

3. Unexpected weight loss

4. Bloating

5. Teeth grinding

6. Itching

7. Anxiety

Parasites and pathogens force us to become stronger. They strengthen our immune systems to protect us from future parasitic infections. While this can be beneficial, parasites are constantly evolving and competing for resources in the body.

In an attempt to evade your immune system, parasites downgrade your ability to absorb vitamin D. Vitamin D supports the T cells, which control and coordinate the immune system.

Parasites even try to change the behavior of the host. For example, toxoplasma gondii causes a mouse to become more fearless, making it more likely to be eaten by a cat.

Parasites can also lie dormant for years and wait until you’re older, stressed, or have a weakened immune system to emerge, so they have a better chance at survival.

Some microorganisms can become parasitic if the environment changes in your body. E. coli is friendly in the large intestine but parasitic in the small intestine. Most ulcers come from H. pylori. This bacteria releases a substance that alkalizes the stomach because it can't survive in an acidic environment.

Parasites can come from many places, including inhalation and pets. Antibiotics can greatly increase your risk of parasitic infection. Refined sugar and junk foods can feed parasites.

TUDCA is a bile salt that supports the flow of bile through the bile ducts. Try taking TUDCA for two days before attempting a natural cleanse for parasites.

Here are some of the best natural remedies for parasites to help purge and kill parasites directly and indirectly:

•Wormwood extract

•Clove

•Black walnut extract

•Garlic

•Oregano oil

•Pumpkin seeds

•Fermented vegetables

•Kefir

To support the immune system during a parasitic infection, you may need at least 20,000 IU of vitamin D daily. Take it with magnesium and zinc.

Let's talk about the seven warning signs that you may have parasites. You probably already have

0:05.3

parasites. But the good news is they're not bothering you. They haven't turned into some disease.

0:10.2

The first sign is fatigue. Number two, a rash. And this is because of your immune system reacting.

0:18.7

Because when a parasite endades the barrier in your gut, for example,

0:22.6

and gets in your blood, you can have an immune reaction that shows up in your skin.

0:26.9

Number three, weight loss with no reason for losing weight. You're not on an exercise program.

0:31.7

You haven't changed your diet. The parasite is eating a lot of your nutrition. It's living in

0:36.2

your small intestine. It's thriving. You might

0:38.5

start developing nutritional deficiencies. Number four is bloating because there's a parasite in your gut

0:43.9

and it's creating an immune reaction. Number five, teeth grinding. Do you grind your teeth a lot

0:49.9

at night? Think parasite. Number six, itching, especially in your private parts, like anal itching.

0:56.4

And number seven, anxiety. And so when you have an imbalance of microorganisms of parasite,

1:02.6

that's going to affect your head. And that could be related to brain fog as well. There's an

1:08.0

interesting theory. It's called the Red Queen hypothesis, where you have

1:12.4

the host and the parasite that is co-evolving, existing together, competing for resources. Each side

1:18.8

develops new strategies. And for example, if we'd never had parasites or pathogens, which create

1:25.3

infection, it would never force us to become stronger to develop certain

1:29.6

strategies of survival. Your immune system learns from it and becomes stronger so the next

1:34.4

time you're infected, you have antibodies sitting there waiting to defend you. Our immune system

1:40.2

develops a defense against parasites. There's all sorts of chemicals that are released by cells

1:45.9

to help kill the worm or whatever organism there is. On the flip side, parasites have their own

1:54.8

strategies. One strategy is to evade your immune system. And one way they do that is to downgrade your ability to absorb
