All right, so I will start with way number one. So we have a hybrid remote model, so we like

remote. We're remote friendly. I'll say it that way. So on the agency side, because we like having the serendipity of people getting creative and

talking in a room and there's just a lot of ideas that go back and forth and a lot of

touch points on that we do a three-two model meaning that we're in the offices Monday through Wednesday and then Thursday Friday people work from home and they really like that model because Thursday Friday they get to just focus on their work and then by the time Monday rolls around Wednesday they crank out all the meetings again and just go back
