I saw an article recently and I was having some fun reading it.

I read stuff all the time because I'm a man of the people.

I'm your coach.

I'm here for you.

And they were talking about the types of traits that cause people problems at work and

they surveyed a bunch of managers, and they had this big giant long list.

And so I thought, well, that's interesting information.

I want to share this with the audience.

But I also thought, yeah, you know what, these would be a little bit more fun.

So I took all these traits and I kind of compiled them, tightened them, and I gave them personas.

So these are seven types of people, and I'm going to step on my toes, and I'm probably

going to step on your toes.

So this is good.

We'll have a little fun with this, but it's good awareness that we can all slip into

these characters if we're not careful.
