Welcome to the Fundamental Health Podcast. I'm your host, Dr. Paul Saladino. This podcast

is the result of my relentless search to understand and correct the roots of chronic

disease and illness. In this podcast, I will share with you everything I have learned

0:18.9

about how to live the most healthy and radical life possible. Thanks for joining me on this

journey.

What's shaking? I hope you are having an amazing day. My morning has been fantastic because

0:35.4

I haven't getting ready to release this podcast, which I am sure you will all be blown away

by. I had the opportunity recently to hang out with my buddy, Tommy Wood again hanging

I can't believe I didn't mention that paper in this podcast. I will talk more about that

1:30.0

paper. Soon, basically, that paper suggested that most of the Blue Zones are places where

1:35.2

people do not record their birth dates very well. Many of the ideas of super centenarians

1:41.8

may in fact be fraudulent. That is interesting, but that is in reference to the previous podcast.

1:46.8

This podcast, we just laid it down. Tommy just dropped bombs. I've had so many questions about

1:54.0

APOE4 in relation to Alzheimer's, in relation to the Amaloid hypothesis, in relation to ketogenic

2:00.9
