and that is how do you make the time or figure out how to fit it in with our schedule to make everything or most things from

scratch to eat healthy by preparing food at home. So a lot of people feel that they don't have the time and I hear you. I totally get you guys. I don't have a ton of time either.

I work 25 hours plus a week as a pharmacy technician and the pharmacy that I work at is 18

miles one way from our home. I have two elementary-aged kids so we've got all of

you know school stuff going on in that. We have a full homestead with we raise our own

beef cattle, pigs, meat chickens, plus egg layers, and then I also write and
