Summary

My focus in recent years has shifted away from my myopic pursuit of building crazy amounts of muscle and towards physical optimization and performance. All my research and experimentation is accompanied by a deeper understanding of how to maintain optimal wellness with age.

In this solocast, I share the tried-and-true practices that have not only provided great success for myself and my clientele, but that are also scientifically backed by research.

In this episode, you'll learn:

  • The ONE Fat to Immediately Eliminate From Your Diet.
  • How to Increase Your Energy Levels in As Little As 10 Minutes Per Day.
  • A Three-Step Progression to Moving Well and Building Muscle Efficiently.
  • What to Incorporate Into Your Diet After Age 30.
  • The Five Big Levers That Get You Fit Enough to TRANSFORM Your Body.

I've also summarized my 7 Key Steps to Optimize Your Body for Longevity into an easy-to-reference, shareable PDF guide. Pick up your copy at muscleintelligence.com/learn

1:20.2

Whether that even be time, right? Because I know that when I was competing, it was five to six

1:24.1

hours a day just committed to the physical craft, movement, cardio,

1:28.6

mobility, yoga, massage, all of that, right?

1:32.4

On top of that, there's the food.

1:34.3

On top of that as a meal prep.

1:35.5
