I don't know if we did that all that well, but the view is still good above the mountaintops soaring like a beautiful eagle.

You know, there's nothing more devastating than going through a breakup or having trouble in your marriage.

It tears apart every fabric of your life. I mean it gets into your your relationship

with your kids it gets into your relationship with work it can get into your

health just everything.

And so what happens, Rachel, what we found is clients will oftentimes call us for miracle

mentoring and alchemy life coaching and they will say oh oh oh I'm in a panic I got to do

something I you know I called her

three times last night and I drove by her house and and so our first rule of thought is because it's so

it's so negative there's so much negative energy in that, is stay positive and don't panic.

Yeah, when you're going through a trial like a broken marriage, it's not time to become broken yourself. It's time to

take yourself up a notch, to become

kind of creepy stalkers and that is not the way to heal a broken relationship or marriage.

Well, and they want to know what the other person is doing where they're going and

and all of that stuff and none of that helps you raise your vibrate.
