1.    Your schedule is NOT a prison.  Set up your day so that it's what you WANT.  Set it up so your day ends BETTER than it began.  What would it take for you to make that happen? 2.     What is your ratio of responsibility vs reward?  What are you going to do and what are you going to get? 3.     Negotiate with yourself vs. tyrannizing yourself. 4.     What would happen if you didn't avoid the things you should be doing for the next year?
