I wanted to bless you guys with the bonus episode.

I'm really excited, man, because the topic of confidence comes up a lot.

I get a lot of emails talking about, you know, the need for more confidence.

How can I get more confident?

How can I gain confidence?

How can I feel better when I play? How can I make sure I'm not, you know, choking before it's time to perform? How can I make

sure that I have the balls enough to leave that job to, you know, start that business, to do whatever

it is that you know you need to do, but you lack the confidence in order to do it. So I can relate to this big time, man. When I was younger, I was the third out of four boys.

When I was younger, you know, I was considered the shy one. This is what people called me.

And that was an identity that I had formed based on what people told me.

And I accepted that identity and I ran with it and I wasn't conscious of it but it was

something that you know I just believed I was shy and so I didn't really become the man that I felt

like I ultimately could become until I started you know going to college and realizing that

a lot of these these ideas that I had of who I was is not really true.

And a lot of the things that I wouldn't do when I was younger, I do now, and I do them even more,

and I love doing them.

You see what I'm saying?

So, you know, anyone who knows me knows that the idea of me talking to thousands of people,

you know, or millions of people through this podcast is unheard of. You see what I'm

saying? But now I do it and I don't even blink and I love doing it. My point is this. Confidence,
