advocate of anyone, you know, following a specific diet or telling you you have to follow a

Mediterranean diet or a low carb diet or a vegan diet. For each and every one of us, there's a certain

dietary pattern that's going to work for us. And there is no perfect diet. For each and every one of us, there's a certain dietary pattern that's going to

work for us, and there is no perfect diet. There is no diet that's, quote, unquote, the

healthiest diet that doesn't exist. And there's many people who will say whatever diet that

they're promoting is the best and will use research or not even research in many cases to try to build a case for

that. But the reality is the perfect diet is the diet that you feel good with, the diet that

you can stick with, the diet that meets your energy and nutrient needs. It helps regulate your

health risk factors, helps keep your LDL cholesterol low, helps

keep your blood glucose in the right levels. And what that looks like for you is going to be
