You know, it's funny is being that you and I have coaching clients all over the country and we are constantly on the phone with coaching clients, very consistently, we tend to see trends happening.

Sometimes before even the agents themselves see the trends happening just based on what

they're, you know, what they're telling us about their markets. And I'm seeing more inventory.

I'm seeing that, you know, it's kind of exciting on one end because the more inventory you have,

the more competition there is, the more careful the sellers are in who they select, because it starts

to matter more, which means the skill level of the agent
