break down what's happened so far late last year I had a neck injury I got neck

cranked in Jiu-jitsu I had a C4 C5 disc issue that was impinging the nerve in my neck and then was affecting the

function down my left arm.

And if that is not addressed, that can be a real problem.

I've seen many fighters that have had a similar injury and their arm is just totally

atrophied.

So I am very lucky.

I'm very lucky because I know Mark Ripatow and I'm aware of starting

strength and that's the thing that made me aware of this problem in the first place. And I'm very
