this recently because I think about who I used to be. I think about who I am now. And even though I

look the same, my life is completely unrecognizable. And every part about me, especially in my mind,

is absolutely unrecognizable. And so I want to share with you the seven habits that just

They changed how I showed up in the world. They rewired my brain. They built my confidence.
