So as the title suggests, I am sharing some lessons learned and changes that have happened

just within me since I became a mother and I just felt like this was a just timely episode

because Mother's Day is coming up this weekend, but also I have been a mother now for one

and a half years.

Give her take a couple of months and I feel like there's just, I just feel like recently

I gained enough space where I was able to kind of, you know, use some hindsight and just

look at how like I've changed since becoming a mother and just some of the biggest lessons

that I've learned over the past year and half of my life.

And I want to just, you know, two disclaimers right off the bat.

Number one, if hearing me talk about motherhood or my child or this journey or pregnancy or

mother's day or anything like that, if that is not going to serve you or make you feel
