Welcome on to a Sunday night edition of the pod we have much to discuss here.

We're going to get through a fair amount of the Western Conference tonight,

maybe even talk a little bit of the Orlando Magic too, since they smacked down the

pelicans in a game we did for the strategy stream on Thursday and always a shame that

we've done two pelican games in the last two weeks on this show and they've been

playing pretty well but both of them were like pretty ugly losses to Easter

conference teams and and Nate not only that they're their only two losses during that time frame.

Exactly, yeah.

The pelicans are 44 and 27, 6 and 2 since the last 15 and 60.

Not only are they fourth in net rating, plus 5.3. They are third with a plus 10 since the all

star break. 11 and 5 record during that time. 10th on offense, 7th on defense, and BPI is

projecting them to finish the season with 51 wins which would be the five seed in the west we will talk a lot about seating at various moments during this podcast

99% chance of making the playoffs which when you're looking like the

five seed but there is still that chance that somebody can push them and part of the

reason that somebody can push them is an injury that happened during our strategy stream broadcast and you

identified it well it was also our sincere hope. So Brandon Ingram left that game with a knee

issue and it turns out that it was a bone contusion rather than ligament damage or anything there.

So it's a hyper extension and he will be re-evaluated in a little less than two weeks now.

It was two weeks from I think Friday or Thursday.

Yeah so very good news for him he walked off without being able to put much pressure on it.
