On today’s podcast I had Dr. Kien Vuu on. Dr. Vuu and I talked about what it takes for an entrepreneur to have peak performance. It’s funny because I recently got a blood test to see my baseline, and I had Kien look at it and give me some feedback on exactly what I need to do differently in my lifestyle, some supplements I should take, and it was really good! It was so good in fact, that I invited him to come to Vegas and talk all about not only my lab results, but also how all entrepreneurs could start living in a much healthier way to do so much better in business. These different habits will create everything you need to be healthy without any of this other stuff that everyone tells you to get. I am a firm believer that it begins with you. Along with that we talk about all these different things that I see a lot of entrepreneurs talking about online like testosterone, peptides, gut issues, stem cells, etc. I’ve seen a lot of this and have had questions about it because I just don’t understand. Kien is kind enough to address them and answer them for me! I now have a much deeper understanding. If you are an entrepreneur, even if you think you’re doing well, you need to watch this episode because there’s a lot you can learn about your body which is the engine that fuels your growth in business and in everything else!
