1:11.0	I used the app called Timeshifter, and it basically gives me a sleeping schedule that I follow and I literally had no jet lag and when I got back to LA I was only in Australia for four days got back to LA on Sunday at 6 a.m. stayed up the whole day, had no jet lag.
