We are dropping this podcast early because we went live today and we did our live stream and part of our episode was responding to Gavin Newsom and Charlie Kirk's conversation. We pulled a two minute clip out of a 90 or 75-minute long conversation, and IHeart Radio decided to flag us for copyright infringement and took down our entire stream, the entire thing.
0:30.4	Yes, I know it's super frustrating and annoying.
0:33.2	We did dispute it because there is something called the Fair Use Doctrine that says that you can use
0:38.7	excerpts and clips from a copyright or copywritten performance, in this case, a podcast episode,
0:45.5	if you're using it for commentary or for educational purposes, which we clearly are.
0:49.8	So hopefully IHeart Radio lets go of this dispute so we can get it back online.
0:54.7	But to hopefully soften the blow, we decided to release the podcast really early, get it out right away to you so you can hear the episode in its entirety.
