Well hello there! Its been a while I know, I have been incredibly busy with trainings, clients and replying to emails. But I am back with a great free Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy MP3 download for you. A few weeks back I asked for requests on my Facebook 'like' page. The first person to reply said they would like a hypnosis track which they could use for any issue, so nothing specific, but can still work with anything. That was a great request so i thought 'yes, let's do it!'
