but we're going to update you on some news and notes that specifically involved the Pittsburgh Steelers.

A little bit of the NFL's well, but first of all, first off, we talk about the announcement that the Steelers had that they're

planning to have fans at the stadium with masks.

We'll talk about all the details that came out in that report.

Then in the second segment, we're going to talk about the announcement that the NFLPA

had that the NFL offered, or at least suggested to them, that they were going to at least

take about 35% of the players

pay and put it in escrow for the 2020 season. What does that mean and what was the players

response all in this show? Let's get into it. All right, so top news and notes to start off

the show. First of all, happy Thursday. We made it through hump day, y'all, which means

tomorrow's Friday. Yeah. And it's going to be Fantasy Draft Friday. But before we get into that,

let's talk about what's going on right now. Top story right now is an announcement from the Steelers

that if they plan to have fans at Hinesfield, they are to wear masks.

This comes out with an announcement from the team.

They're saying that they're planning to, and this coming from Burt Louton, the team's head of communications, that they're planning on making fans as safe as possible.

Here's the quote from Burt.

Our goal is to still have fans at Hinesfield this year with the understanding that social distancing, as well as all fans being required to wear masks, will play a role in the capacity to ensure a safe atmosphere.

We will continue to work with the NFL and public health officials to finalize plans for fans to attend our home games.

We are communicating with our season ticket holders to make them aware of the digital ticketing process.
