I can't believe this.

20 years ago, I was live on BBC London when this devastating attack happened.

The seven, seven London bombings as they became known.

I was also, and I'm not bragging, I'm just stating the fact, I was the first broadcaster in the world to speak to survivors live on air. Remember, this was before mobile phones had video.

It was really before social media. As the people came out of the tunnels, out of the subway,

whatever you want to call it, the tube, they spoke to me. They called me on their mobiles. As I say, nowadays,

it would have been on Facebook. It would have been on YouTube, more or less as soon as the

bombs went off. That day, and as I say, it's 20 years since that horrific day tomorrow.

I just want to explore what happened.

Did it change London forever, or did Londoners just get on with life?
