I took the dogs for a walk. We left at 7 a.m. We got back at 7.35. I had sweated through a shirt. At 7.30. On a walk. Yesterday I couldn't get my, I've been trying to get a certain number of steps in every day. With rare exception, I've gotten it done for the past three months.
