The Mississippi Beef Council is loving this thread on Maroon and White Daily right this second. People are going into detail on their favorite steaks, and you can do it too. First of all, you've just got to sign up for Maroon and White Daily, which is a great thing to do. But secondly, talk about your favorite steak. My favorite steak, I think of all time, was the one we had two weeks ago. I think that's the best steak I ever had. I'm still probably. I feel like every man is like, well, I can cook a better steak. It's the quality of meat. I can't. It's the quality of meat. And it's the experience. I don't get to go to a restaurant, sit down and have a nice meal like that. I don't have a broiler that reaches 1,200 degrees. Yeah, I just... I don't. I'm not going to be like... I'm not going to be, I can cook a better... I can go grill a better steak than this. What I would say is, I cook a good steak, but is it better than some of these super high-end restaurants? No. No, it is not. That's also totally

on a charcoal grill.

You don't grill steaks? A cast iron skillet guy for a steak. Oh, that's an excellent choice. That's what I do too. Yeah. So anyway, I don't care how you like to cook your steak. Just cook your steak. And so, and I say that, and so do the 5,000 beef farmers here in this state. You need to be helping them out with a purchase of a steak today.
