Now a bunch of people fighting in front of us, they're punching each other, they're going

down onto the ground.

As some of the protesters try to break this up, police have not moved into this area right

now. Whatever is making these folks angry, there's now blood as well. Looks like a blood

coming out of one of the protesters noses that this is something that we haven't seen

in recent days at these protests.

Yeah, I know because I was at the rally the night before. So that was June of 2016, San

Jose, people going out to see Donald Trump. I've gone out to see Donald Trump with my little

kids the night before. My kids were six and four at the time because at that point, Donald

Trump, he was a lightning rod from when he announced, but it wasn't like it is now. It was

still kind of just fun and wow, how wacky is this?

But then the next night in San Jose, it's when the the violence started and man, I would

have never taken my kids to a rally from that point on. And the police acted with what

the courts are now calling deliberate indifference to danger.

There were municipalities that did an excellent job in protecting folks as the protests grew

and then there was San Jose where the shame of California, San Locarto is the shameful

embarrassing mayor. I like this quote news media, both local and national watched and recorded

as San Jose police that aside as people leaving a Trump rally in San Jose were heinously

assaulted by anti Trump thugs, the Washington Post reported protests outside of Donald Trump

rallying downtown San Jose spun out of control Thursday night when some demonstrators attack

the candidate supporters. I would jump in and point out a lot of them were elderly folks,
