Good afternoon everybody and welcome to Invest Talk.

It is Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

I'm Steve Peasley, I'm here to tell you with, become a better investor, I tell you that

every day.

I do that by giving you information and data that you want and need.

I have of course done that because I've been doing this, managing money for 50 years.

So I have quite a large experience base because not only do I manage stocks and bonds

and mutual funds and ETS, but also I have quite a bit of background in real estate.

I own a number of properties over the years, I only own one now, my home.

I sold all my properties way back in 2004, 2005, somewhere around there.

So I have a background in that as well if you need information.

Now with that said on today's podcast, I'm going to blend my comments with what you,

the listener, provide in the way of questions and topic selection.

So you kind of drive the show the direction you want to go with your questions and if

you only want to talk about stocks, that's what we'll talk about.
