My dad's dad, Papp, he loved lottery tickets.

So we'd always buy him scratch-offs, and this wouldn't bother me if it was him.

But a Des Moines man, Christian Johnson, told lottery officials he was celebrating his 42nd birthday with friends when they presented him a card with a few scratch-off tickets. So just a couple friends, you're giving away $100,000.

Whoa. The dude got $100,000. And listen, I know, but that, your human condition is you're

jealous, you're pissed off, you just, because the rarity of buying a hundred thousand dollar scratch off is probably one of them. There's our odds in those things. But they're astronomical, even that, I bet. I mean, you're lucky to help you if you get one. And the guy bought one, whoever bought one, the friend bought one, and gave it away. And Christian Johnson said, like most of us, it came at a great time. I got to buy a bunch of bills. I'm in debt, blah, blah, blah. But the guy giving it away, probably won an $100,000. Are you pissed? I mean, you would. You got to be happy for your friend. You know that's a possibility. You would hope he would hope you were bone. No, no. But it's a minute possibility. When have you won anything big from somebody gave you a lottery ticket? No. Never. Five bucks. But it is. That's why people play it because it is possible. I don't think people think they're giving away $100,000. I think they're giving away 30 seconds of entertainment. Right. Scratching it all. They're not thinking they gave away $100,000 ticket. I think human nature, you're not, you're just kind of upset. They've got to think they're giving away a chance at it. Yeah. We all know that, Todd, but the chance is chance at hell.
