So for those of our listeners who ride BART or familiar with BART's Bay Area Rapid

Transit System, we got a number of texts and it's getting national attention.

We have three possible murders in five days.

It becomes a national story.

Road BART for years is this texture.

I reported problems.

I report problems to the BART police on a weekly basis.

Naked violent transient screaming at us.

All forms of public self gratification.

People using the station as a bathroom, needles everywhere, people shooting up, filth, aggressive

people on the train screaming for people to give the money on and on.

I'll bet any amount of money if you dig deep enough you'll find an unwritten rule that says

you do not report crime and we can thank our politicians for that.

I don't know, but there is some motivation for keeping it quiet.

Allowing vagrants to loiter in the BART stations is definitely the fault of BART.

Yeah.

Well, that's a society deciding at the highest levels, whatever levels, city council,

wherever that.

No, no, you can't boot these people out of here.

Right.

And it might even be a free speech issue.

I'm not sure.
