This is Handel on the Law, marginal legal advice, where I tell you, you have

absolutely no case. All right, this past week, the House of Representatives passed a bill

to protect marriage equality, and this was in a direct response from the Supreme Court in the undoing of Roe v. Wade, the Jackson

Women's Health case, which on its face undid Row v. Wade, done, finished, you're done. No more,

no more right to privacy. That's really what destroyed the argument for Roe v. Wade. It's predicated on you have a

constitutional right to privacy and out of that right are reproductive rights. One of them being

abortion. Well, Clarence Thomas, in his decision upholding the premise that Roe v. Wade was gone,

wrote about for reversing multiple decisions revisiting, for example,

LGBTQ rights, same-sex marriage rights.

He said, we have to revisit all of that.

Now, that's not to say he is per se against gay marriage.

I don't know, by the way, no idea.
