And yesterday, Courtney, just thinking it was going to be a usual Sunday.

Just wake up, you know, I have a little breakfast, get on the old computer.

And it's just never that way in Viking land and got a call early in the morning about some big news that was going to come and drop down.

And we end up with Tony Spano passing away unexpectedly at 56 years old.

And then yesterday we spent the whole day pretty much reading about

his past and the wildcat and all the players that he had impacted. My whole Twitter feed was

pretty much just the Vikings retweeting different players who were reaching out and talking about

Tony Sparano. Completely shocking and awful news for the Vikings.

Tragic, and they start training camp this week, to imagine that type of burden where you have no time to grieve over this,

losing somebody who not only had ties to multiple coaches on this staff from other stops, Mike Zimmer, John D. Filippo.
