to default on various loans they have with us being in the midst of an unusual but what's

a very deep recession.

Well, so far the data is really good.

The latest data available is several weeks old.

But it's still really solid because it covers when unemployment was at its highest as a

result of the layoffs with coronavirus.

And when you look at what is not getting paid right now, what is in deferment or some

other form of forbearance or something like that, overwhelmingly three quarters of the

loans in the country that are in some form of payment status where you don't have to pay
