0:22.5	We went through about an eight week period in the spring where I didn't talk at all about

0:32.2	People were not interested in booking or going anywhere and all the questions I took about
0:39.1	travel were about complaints from people who couldn't get refunds for travel canceled
0:46.6	by suppliers and various issues involved with not being able to get your money or talked

0:56.2	Well, one of the things that came up repeatedly were the problems with travel insurance
1:02.7	and now that people are booking travel again, not in numbers like before, but a meaningful
1:11.2	number of people are starting to book travel, especially a lot of people booking trips and
1:18.4	cruises for 2021.
1:22.2	And that brings up the question and role of trip insurance or travel insurance.
1:29.4	Number one rule number one never, never, never, not ever by the trip coverage offered
1:38.0	by an airline on their website when you were at checkout.
1:43.9	The airlines charge way too much for it and you get basically no meaningful benefits from
1:51.7	buying it.
1:53.0	The airlines are putting garbage before you.
1:57.9	Same things true with cruise lines.
2:00.5	Don't buy the trip coverage that the cruise lines offer always buy an independent policy.
2:10.3	And so how do you do that and what do you look for?
