about that's how close we are, less than a week away until practice begins for Florida State here's the rundown by the way I'm Jeff

Tom is with me this is pre-recorded had to be as we get our get our gear in order and start making our way to Charlotte for the ACC kickoff and then of course on Monday we'll have those

a lot of taped interviews that will get done put in the can and then bring on back to Tallahassee,

and we'll be all set for Tuesday moving forward.

But today's the last show of the week for those listening on radio.

Tom and I will have a little pod action for the audience there for tomorrow as well.

Today's show features a Q&A that we did yesterday with

Lawrence Toeofili which will be coming up in the second segment. Do want to

He's just a fun guy to listen to talk, right?

Man, he lights up a room and we weren't even in the same room but you can feel that you can feel that he's got a joy about him a presence about him that he knows he's good

He's confident but the humility comes through more than the confidence.

Like you could tell he knows that they've got something for college football this year.
