This won't just be decided in the United States Senate.

Everybody in around America must decide now.

Do you want to go backward 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 years?

The new nominee to be on the Supreme Court cabinet wants to take the country back 50 years.

My understanding is he will overturn Roe vs. Wade, affirm the Dred Scott decision and

rescind statehood for Idaho.

Now that we didn't say who that was, that's Cory Booker, he's a senator and he's on the

Judiciary Committee, he's a Democrat and he's probably going to run for president in 2020.

And he thinks perhaps his vigorous denunciation there has something to do with that.

Chuck Schumer is the current leader of the Democrats, he's the minority leader in the

Senate, said that he will fight this nominee with everything he has and that Democrats

need to fight Brett Kavanaugh or pay the price from the base.
