testimony from a former Trump White House A. The January 6th committee has just subpoenaed

former Trump White House counsel Pat Sepelone to compel him to testify.

He's long been considered a key witness by the committee, but he's resisted speaking

further with the panel after sitting for a closed door interview back in April.

The committee claims its investigation has revealed evidence, Sepelone repeatedly raised

legal and other concerns about then President Trump's activities on January 6th, 2021,
